Can I opt for self-collection at a physical store?
Yes, you can choose our 'Click and Collect' option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification to pick it up at your selected Challenger store location across Singapore.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items with manufacturing defects. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase. Please note that change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for opened electronic goods.
How do I claim warranty for my electronic devices?
Most products come with a local manufacturer's warranty. You can bring the defective item along with the tax invoice to the respective brand's authorized service center. For internal house brands, you may visit any Challenger store for assistance.
