All returns must be accompanied by the original tax invoice and remain in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Return Process

Ensure your product is within the 7-day return window from the date of purchase and that the defect is covered under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
- 2.Visit a Store
Bring the defective item along with its original packaging, accessories, and the official tax invoice to any Challenger retail outlet or the Valore concept store for assessment.
- 3.Technical Assessment
Our on-site staff or authorized service center will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the hardware defect or functional failure reported.
- 4.Resolution
Upon verification of a manufacturing fault, we will provide a one-to-one exchange for the same model or a suitable alternative if the original item is out of stock.
